Seeking a Zoho Specialist to configure, automate, and optimize Zoho One applications, focusing on CRM, Projects, and Books for digital transformation projects. Remote role.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Zoho CRM modules (Deals, Leads, Pipelines).
- Set up workflows, blueprints, and custom functions using Deluge.
- Integrate Zoho Projects and Zoho Books for delivery and finance automation.
- Support client onboarding processes.
- Document key processes.
- Coordinate with designers and finance teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist.
- Proficiency in configuring and automating Zoho One applications, particularly CRM, Projects, and Books.
- Experience with Deluge scripting for custom functions and workflows.
- Ability to support client onboarding and process documentation.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and business process efficiency.
