About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine and Workspace components.
- Leverage Flow Designer to automate business processes and integrate with external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Implement modern ServiceNow application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in App Engine, Workspace, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and team members.
