Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably with Zenoti.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage user access and permissions effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
