QA Engineer
Senior QA Engineer focused on functional and regression testing of Zendesk applications, crafting test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and driving UAT cycles in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Zendesk platform features.
- Execute manual and automated functional and regression tests, documenting defects and collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Lead UAT support, coordinating with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test insights, estimating effort, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Maintain test documentation, metrics, and reporting to track quality trends and risk areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in functional and regression testing within SaaS or customer‑support platforms.
- Proven expertise in testing Zendesk or similar help‑desk solutions.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Experience with Agile development practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
