Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Zendesk platform.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Zendesk Platform Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Zendesk APIs and their capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web development concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms and integrations is a plus.
