Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Zendesk applications and integrations to support a network of 900+ veterinary practices.
- Implement RESTful API solutions and automate workflows using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python scripts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable support tools.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical specifications, best practices, and user guides for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Zendesk Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python for custom app development.
