YouTube Platform & Infrastructure Specialist (Junior / Mid-level) We are looking for a hands-on technical operations specialist to own the infrastructure, account environments, and automations. This is NOT a marketing, content creation, or SEO analytics role. We need someone who can resolve technical operational problems, build smart workarounds and automate repetitive processes.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Account Setup & Execution
- Create and manage YouTube and Google accounts following our established processes;
- Monitor and maintain ranking signals on YouTube (watch time, engagement pacing, backlink flows);
- Run team-defined execution methods, experiment with new variations, and document what works best;
- Test YouTube platform boundaries, catch technical glitches early, and log the results;
Infrastructure, Problem-Solving & Automations
- Help run our operational setup - proxies, profile management, and account verification tools;
- Solve day-to-day platform headaches on YouTube: suspensions, security checkpoints, and IP blocks;
- Kill off repetitive manual tasks by building cool, automated workflows using n8n, Make, or simple custom scripts;
- Tweak automations when YouTube changes its layout or when a proxy drops;
Team Support & Documentation
- Be the first go-to technical helper when our Media department runs into tool or access issues;
- Turn successful workarounds into simple, clear SOPs so the rest of the team can replicate them;
- Keep tracking sheets updated and suggest ways to make our daily setups faster and smoother.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Genuine curiosity about how platforms (YouTube, Google) work beyond standard usage - specifically proxies, browser profile isolation, IP reputation, and antibot detection;
- Comfortable with technical tools: browser extensions, Web API/HTTP requests, tool configurations, and console debugging;
- Automation Mindset and hands-on experience automating repetitive operational tasks using n8n, Make, or small custom scripts.
- Rigorous in execution: you follow a process to the letter and document as you go;
- Self-sufficient - you don't wait to be unblocked, you figure it out first;
- Fluent in English (international environment).
