Overview
The Data Integration Analyst II supports YCCI’s embedded analytics, reporting, data quality, and data integration function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Analytics, this position works with operational teams and technical partners to develop and maintain reliable data products and automated workflows supporting clinical research administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain data integrations, analytical datasets, reports, and workflow automation using data from systems such as OnCore, Epic, Salesforce, REDCap, and financial platforms.
Write and maintain SQL queries, data transformation logic, scripts, and scheduled processes that support recurring operational needs.
Assist with data pipelines that extract, transform, validate, and deliver data across approved systems and environments.
Monitor scheduled jobs, data refreshes, interfaces, and automated workflows; investigate failures and coordinate issue resolution.
Perform data quality reviews to identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, stale, or incorrectly mapped records.
Reconcile information across systems and work with operational subject-matter experts to understand and resolve discrepancies.
Support the development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, work queues, and integration-ready datasets.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including data definitions, process flows, source mappings, testing results, and support procedures.
Participate in requirements gathering and translate operational needs into clearly defined technical tasks and validation criteria.
Use version control, testing, and established development standards to support maintainable and reproducible solutions.
Collaborate with YCCI operational teams, enterprise data teams, and application owners while maintaining clear distinctions between analytics and integration work and application administration.
Handle sensitive institutional and research data in accordance with privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
