Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole internal owner, technical expert, and platform strategist for the Yardi ecosystem.
- Manage system configuration, user permissions, and database health.
- Develop custom reports to support complex retail leasing structures, CAM reconciliations, and sales tracking.
- Onboard new retail assets onto the Yardi platform.
- Bridge the gap between the technology stack and business operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Yardi Systems Administrator.
- Deep understanding of commercial retail real estate operations, including leasing and CAM reconciliations.
- Proficiency in SQL and database administration.
- Experience with custom reporting and system configuration.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
