We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our GTM Analytics and Insights Team to contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Analyst of the GTM Analytics team, you will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support sales automation initiatives and optimize sales reporting within Go-To-Market functions using tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, and Tableau. This role requires competence in database manipulation, analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Projects are likely to focus on creating customized ETL workflows with outputs that serve as a source of truth for the global sales team.

You must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and identify interdependencies across the company’s processes and metrics. We trust you to collaborate with others, form intelligent opinions, and present your thoughts to decision-makers.

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the business, from its data/metrics to its operational challenges and opportunities
• Support business performance deep-dive to identify critical trends and size opportunities for maximizing revenue growth
• Identify opportunities to develop, optimize, or overhaul business processes through system configurations or customizations.
• Work with Big Data, do data transformation work, and help build complex financial and operating models for historical analysis and forecasting.
• Communicate complex analysis and financial/operating model to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience and familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations are preferred.
• Ability to deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data into practical formats, and influence through logic, interpretation of data, and effective communication
• Ability to develop, optimize and maintain SQL and/or Snowflake Queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into our data warehouse and vice versa
• Technical skills would be a plus, including proficiency in Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, and other Business Intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required
• Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work US business hours
