XTN-FA06646 JUNIOR SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT - KMC Solutions Inc

This role is responsible to support the sales process through technical expertise, ensuring the solution provided to our customers adequately addresses their needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Working with the commercial sales team and prospects to understand the situation, problem, impact, and the needs of the client.
• Present Tricentis solutions to clients and partners.
• Providing input into solutions and proposals clearly articulating the technical benefits.
• Providing technical expertise regarding Tricentis solutions.
• Proactive research to develop and maintain a general awareness of all Tricentis products and their benefits and having a particular specialisation in one or two key areas.
• Communicate with the sales team.
• Research and analyse industry and market trends.
• Undertaking competitor analysis and present results.
• Keeping informed on industry and technology trends.

Qualifications:

General

• Ability to think on the spot to provide balanced and detailed responses to questions
• Varied technology experience
• Understanding of product sales cycle
• Strong communication/presentation skills and an ability to clearly articulate value propositions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• General flexibility and adaptability to working hours

Technical

• Understanding of common system development/testing methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps toolchains and hand on experience with some of the components Experience in automation (Testing or RPA)
• Knowledge of common cloud platforms and cloud concepts

Beneficial

• Previous experience working as presales
• Previous experience with Tricentis solutions
• Previous experience working with enterprise packaged applications (e.g SAP, SFDC …) Previous experience in consulting
