- Translate discussion notes, discovery input, and product information into clear scopes of work, proposal content, and structured solution documents.
- Draft, edit, and format proposals, presentations, executive summaries, and supporting documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to support research, content organization, summarization, drafting, and refinement of proposal materials.
- Review product and service offerings to ensure accurate alignment with client requirements and internal solution categories.
- Organize feedback from meetings into actionable proposal inputs, identifying assumptions, dependencies, and scope considerations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information needed for proposals, including technical, operational, commercial, and service-related inputs.
