Job Description

As a Senior PostgreSQL DBA, you will;

• Participate and provide technical leadership to the Software Development team. ● Responsible for oversight of PostgreSQL related product issues, as well as contributing to the overall product development process ● Provide support for customers running PostgreSQL database solutions within a 24x7 rotating shift model. ● Contribute to the resolution of complex database-related issues and outages. ● Responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects within expected due dates, ensuring to keep all parties involved are informed of progress. ● Promote cross-functional and global communication and collaboration to leverage resources for optimal employee engagement and business results. ● Establish and support and ISO27001 processes with regards to secure application development and operational processes ● Support and participate as needed in the Data Intensity RCA (Root Cause Analysis) process. ● Responsible for customer communications including involvement in customer's agile delivery processes, direct person-to-person phone interaction ● Work on other functions and duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experience. ● 3+ years of background in progressing people management roles on an international or
