The SAP Business Partner Account To Report (ATR) will be working in the Digital Solutions team under the supervision of the Head of Enterprise Applications and the Henka Programme Manager. He/she will work closely together with the GC Global SAP team members, Digital Solutions team, globally located Business Process Experts (BPEs), end users, externally hired contractors, the SAP partner and SAP.

- Serve as the primary contact for the business on SAP application-related issues, questions, and requests
- Act as liaison to SAP providers
- Participate in SAP design, build, configuration, and integration efforts
- Contribute to SAP projects on a global scale
- Configure and develop SAP and RICEFWs
- Ensure SAP application documentation is complete, up to date, and CSV compliant
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP and BI applications
- Coordinate design, build, testing, and deployment of SAP and BI initiatives
- Collaborate with Digital Solutions team members to schedule SAP initiatives, roll-outs, and upgrades
- Provide training, support, and assistance to SAP end users
- Deliver and/or coordinate first- and second-level SAP support
- Coordinate and execute SAP change requests
- Act as backup or support for other internal SAP team members, including Henka AMS team, SAP Basis team, and MDM team
- Must work in the Central Standard Time zone of Chicago USA from 8 am to 6 pm
- Degree in ICT, Bachelor IT or equivalent by experience
- At least solid 3 years of SAP FICO module experience
- The Leading Finance / Accounting Business Processes knowledge in a corporate global environment
- The Accounts Payable Business Process and the automated invoice scanning, approval and posting tools
- The Accounts Receivables Business Process
- The Asset Accounting Business Process
- Accounting, period closure and financial reporting Business Processes
- Financial Consolidation Business Process including intercompany eliminations
- Reconciliation Process, like intercompany, bank, customer, vendor etc.
- Regulatory Finance requirements and Legal Reporting Processes
- Finance Management Reporting Process
- SAP S4HANA – good to have
- Integration with other SAP modules, like SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM etc.
