Seeking an Xactly Technical Administrator to support the Sales team. This role involves managing and optimizing the Xactly platform, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical assistance for revenue compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Xactly platform to support sales compensation processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Xactly and integrated systems.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Compensation Manager and Sales Operations to implement and refine compensation plans.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Xactly-related issues.
- Assist in generating reports and analyses related to sales compensation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Administrator, preferably with Xactly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation principles and processes.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
