Systems Engineer
Provide enterprise‑level IT support for a global RegTech SaaS environment, troubleshooting Windows/Linux systems, managing Active Directory, and ensuring seamless network and remote support for a high‑growth, AI‑powered compliance platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for Windows and Linux workstations, servers, and network devices across a global SaaS environment.
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote tools and on‑site visits.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices in the ticketing system and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to implement patches, updates, and compliance controls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate or SaaS setting.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
