Software Engineer
Seeking an experienced Workplace IT Engineer for 2nd line support in West London. This ongoing temporary contract requires expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported IT problems.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components.
- Assist with IT hardware and software installations and configurations.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and user requests.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT department.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
