YOUR ROLE

As Claude Strategy & Governance Consultant you will help our clients set the strategic direction for Anthropic’s Claude in the workplace and, critically, define the governance and cost control that lets them scale it safely. You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, operating model design, FinOps and AI governance, translating a fast-moving product roadmap into decisions senior leaders can trust. In this role you will play a key part in:

• Setting the Claude strategy: Shaping a clear strategic vision for Claude in the enterprise – spanning Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code, and the projects, skills and connectors that make them useful – aligned to security, data and automation capabilities, and to the Microsoft estate many clients run alongside it.
• Defining the license to operate model: Designing the governance frameworks, guardrails and ‘licence to operate’ models that give clients the confidence to deploy Claude at pace, and applying them in practice.
• Building the cost and value picture: Helping build the consumption model, token allowances and benefits tracking that keep spend defensible and prove the return.
• Leading complex engagements: L eading complex engagements: Owning delivery excellence on Claude strategy and governance workstreams, escalating and de-risking complex situations as the technology evolves.
• Growing the practice: Helping develop the Claude portfolio and client relationships to generate new opportunities and revenue, and coaching colleagues towards high performance and a positive culture.
