About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and manage software workpackages for underwater autonomy projects.
- Coordinate with hardware, systems, and integration teams to align deliverables.
- Apply Agile methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver incremental value.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, IEC 61508) and quality processes.
- Mentor junior developers and foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software project management for embedded or underwater systems.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++, Python, and ROS.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
