What you'll build

You will join the agile team “Application Management” within SAP for Me Germany unit and will be responsible to support our SAP internal customers. As part of this you will gain deep understanding of support applications, tasks and processes.

Together with the team you will define, design and implement the support model, assist in managing projects to continuously improve support quality and delivery but also deliver internal customer support.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer science, Business Informatics, Engineering or related fields
• Preferred skills: first experience in IT-Service Management
• Soft skills: Proactive thinking, good sense of responsibility and flexibility, strong communication & networking skills, Strong analytical and logical skills, Fluent in English and German language – verbally and in writing

Where you belong

We as the SAP for Me Germany team deliver the foundation for our customer portal SAP for Me with the focus to abstract and automate every aspect of the software life cycle in order to accelerate the delivery of value driven applications

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
