Software Engineer
Assist in developing AI solutions for utility clients, applying machine learning and data analytics to optimize operations and drive digital transformation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and prototype AI models that address utility industry challenges.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and validate machine learning pipelines, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Support the deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms, monitoring performance and iterating as needed.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a STEM program (Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy).
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with libraries such as scikit‑learn or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
