Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects focused on AI integration within IT operations.
- Assist in defining, documenting, and tracking AI use‑case requirements and success metrics.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather data, perform analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Current student in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis or basic statistical methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
