Systems Engineer
We're looking for a Systems Engineer focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This mid level role requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
About the role
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Support & Onboarding: Assisting users with security-related questions, supporting IT onboarding, and acting as a first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues
- System Administration & Performance: Supporting the monitoring and optimization of system performance and assisting in managing backup and recovery solutions
- IT Security: Contributing to the enhancement of security across Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, as well as supporting the implementation of security concepts
- Documentation & Processes: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting the continuous improvement of IT processes
YOUR
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an IT-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and network services
- Initial experience with Linux, Apple, or Windows systems is a plus
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Motivation to learn and interest in new technologies
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
