Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for end-user hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by employees.
- Manage and track IT support tickets within the ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new user workstations.
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support IT Operations team with daily tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
