Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant technical degree program.
- Basic understanding of IT support principles and common operating systems (e.g., Windows).
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
