Data Analyst
Assist in analyzing and visualizing energy consumption data using Python, SQL, and Power BI, supporting predictive modeling and reporting for smart energy solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large energy datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and transformation.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize consumption patterns and forecast trends.
- Collaborate with data scientists to build and validate machine learning models for energy optimization.
- Document data workflows, maintain metadata, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
