Software Engineer
Support the Analytics & Data Engineering team by developing data pipelines, performing data analysis, and contributing to machine learning projects using Python, SQL, Airflow, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python and Airflow.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into data warehouses, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement and evaluate machine learning models, preparing datasets and feature engineering.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Document processes, create technical specifications, and support knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and libraries.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
