Working Lead-Maintenance Team Member Onsite

As a Working Lead-Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient and effective operation of equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities, as well as providing technical guidance and support to team members. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient and effective operation of equipment and facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including training and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
