As a Working Lead-Maintenance Team Member 2nd Shift (Onsite), you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities. This role requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities to manage and coordinate maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement repairs or replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment performance data.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automation controls.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
