Workfront Lead / Architect

The opportunity

work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar) •Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration •Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations •Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL •Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration •Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally

•Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms •Design and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automation •Architect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management platforms to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systems •Guide customers through pre and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable, business-ready solutions •Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagements •Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagements
