About the opportunity
Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As the Workforce Systems and Data Officer, you'll use your expertise in workforce systems, data integrity, award interpretation, and system optimisation to support accurate workforce processes, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
Manage and optimise workforce systems and employee data.
Configure rostering, time & attendance, and award interpretation rules.
Support system integrations, upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
Investigate and resolve workforce system and payroll issues.
Perform data reconciliations and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience working with workforce management systems, including awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and industrial instruments.
Strong technical capability in workforce and rostering systems, with experience in RosterOn, Optima, Workday, and system integrations highly regarded.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills, with the ability to analyse data, generate reports, and support business decision-making.
