As a Workforce Management Retail Manager, you'll lead workforce planning and optimization efforts across Jackpocket Fulfillment Operations, helping power a fast-moving national fulfillment network through decision-making and operational strategy. In this role, you'll turn workforce data into actionable insights that improve staffing efficiency, labor performance, and operational scalability. You'll partner cross-functionally to develop forecasting models, monitor real-time performance, and influence labor planning decisions that support business growth and customer experience goals. From building scalable workforce management processes to enhancing operational visibility, you'll play a critical role in shaping how our fulfillment operations perform at scale. What You'll Do
Develop and manage short-term and long-term workforce forecasts based on operational demand trends, fulfillment volume, seasonality, and business growth projections.
Design and execute workforce optimization strategies across a multi-site national fulfillment network to improve staffing efficiency, labor performance, and operational scalability.
Analyze workforce trends, labor performance metrics, and operational data to inform strategic planning, labor cost modeling, and related business decisions.
Monitor real-time operational performance, staffing adherence, productivity, overtime, and schedule utilization to identify risks and make dynamic labor adjustments.
Translate complex workforce and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
Build and scale workforce management processes, governance structures, reporting frameworks, and planning tools to support operational growth and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, operations analytics, or fulfillment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing workforce forecasts, capacity plans, and labor models that support operational and business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
