About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze workforce data to produce accurate, timely reports for senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes using SQL and Excel macros to improve efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a large organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
