Workforce Data Analyst - Loves Travel Stops & Country Store

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Support strategic workforce planning initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within HR or Operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
