Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and reports.

- Design and implement new analytical models and methodologies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce analytics or HR analytics.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, HR, or Business.
