Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company’s Shadow Layer, the analytics backbone for utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability.
- Own the creation of data-driven workforce intelligence tools, including utilization scoring, EOD bot metrics, idle-time alerts, and attendance risk flags.
- Ensure operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance and capacity health.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or operations data management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
