Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of HR reporting and people analytics solutions, turning complex workforce data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define analytics requirements and translate workforce questions into data‑driven solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI that surface trends, turnover, talent acquisition, and performance metrics.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and model HR data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Build predictive and diagnostic models to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and diversity initiatives.
- Document analytical methodologies, create self‑service guides, and train stakeholders on interpreting and leveraging insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in HR/people analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building interactive visualizations and dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of HR data domains (e.g., payroll, talent acquisition, performance, compensation) and ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences and influence decision‑making.
