The work will support the Human Capital Strategic and Operational Plans contract of United States Secret Service with a due date Friday, August 14, 2026. The work is contingent on Piton being awarded the contract.
Position Qualification Requirements for Workforce Analyst
· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytic, or human capital discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
· Five or more years performing federal workforce analysis, staffing model development, or workforce planning analytics, with recent experience in the last three years.
· Demonstrated experience with attrition and retirement projection methods, hiring pipeline modeling, and staffing target development for a federal agency of comparable scale.
· Working proficiency in Excel and a data visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau) sufficient to build the briefing dashboards.
· Experience translating model output into leadership-ready briefing materials for senior executives.
Responsibilities
The Workforce Analyst performs the quantitative workforce analysis underlying all three planning deliverables. The analyst converts USSS validated workforce staffing model outputs into defensible annual staffing targets and growth projections through FY32 for Law Enforcement (Special Agents, Secret Service Police, and Technical Law Enforcement) and non-Law Enforcement personnel, and documents the methodology and assumptions so that the Government can maintain the model after contract completion.
