QA Engineer
Design and implement automated security and IT workflows using Python, PowerShell, and Ansible, integrating with ServiceNow, AWS, and REST APIs to streamline incident response, vulnerability management, and identity lifecycle processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows for security operations such as incident response, vulnerability remediation, and identity lifecycle management.
- Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow, SIEM platforms, and cloud services (AWS) using REST APIs and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional security and IT teams to identify manual processes and translate them into scalable, repeatable automation.
- Implement and manage configuration‑as‑code tools (e.g., Ansible) to ensure consistent deployment across environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve workflow performance, reliability, and security compliance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Proficiency in Ansible or similar infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Hands‑on experience integrating with ServiceNow, AWS services, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of security operations processes (incident response, vulnerability management, identity governance).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
