Workflow Analyst

As a Workflow Analyst at RTX, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS. You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify areas of improvement in business processes
• Develop and implement process changes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate process improvements to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in workflow analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
