Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workers Compensation Claims Representative or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent investigation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
