MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics or related field AND Eight (8) years’ experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications required.
OR High school diploma or equivalent AND Twelve (12) years’ experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications required.
2. This position may require additional certification in support of the responsibilities of the position, which will be provided by WVUHS Information Technology. Certification completion will be required within four months of formal certification training completion.
3. Internal employees must meet all mandatory competencies in current position in order to qualify for promotion within IT.
EXPERIENCE:
1. 5 to 7 years of Workday experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Experience in a healthcare system/environment.
2. Experience with Data Integration, Application Roadmaps and/or Technical and Workflow Architecture.

1. Provides strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes and functions, as well as in researching and internally marketing technologies based on customer capability requirements. Facilitates development of enterprise business solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technology options, and processes facilitation techniques. Participates in enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.
2. Specifies and designs large or complex systems, solutions, or processes. Selects appropriate design standards, methods, and tools. Reviews others' system design to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technology. Establishes policy for selection of architecture components. Evaluates and undertakes impact analysis on major design options. Ensures that the system architecture balances functional, service quality, and systems management requirements.
