About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HRIS systems.
- Develop and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making for People and Payroll teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People, Payroll, and IT.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support.
- Shape and improve the People systems experience to align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
