Solutions Architect
Seeking a Workday Solutions Architect for the APAC region. This role focuses on designing and implementing Workday solutions, leveraging expertise in HCM, integrations, reporting, and security within an Agile framework.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive Workday solutions across various modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless flow.
- Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Configure and manage Workday security settings, roles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Workday support team and other project members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Solutions Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Integrations, Reporting, and Security modules.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
