About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Workday integration solutions, leveraging APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.
- Design and enforce security frameworks, including SAML, OAuth, and data encryption, to protect sensitive HR and financial data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define data models, and validate integration workflows.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for complex integration scenarios.
- Document architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and best‑practice guidelines for future reference.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Solution Architect or senior integration specialist.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
- Proven expertise in security protocols (SAML, OAuth, JWT) and data protection standards.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
