About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Configure Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking) to meet client business requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis, design solutions, and create functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing with client teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, and change requests while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
