About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and Prism analytics to support HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, and business operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Document report specifications, data models, and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Stay current with Workday releases and new features, recommending improvements to optimize reporting performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Workday reporting, dashboard development, and Prism analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective reports.
- Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and Workday Studio for advanced reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in ERP support and a solid understanding of HR and payroll processes.
