About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee delivery of Workday integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Financials, ensuring high‑quality outcomes from implementation to post‑production.
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs in collaboration with architects and client stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide hands‑on delivery leadership, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence through rigorous quality controls, risk mitigation, and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Workday integration projects in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules and integration patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex solutions on time and within budget.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or equivalent is a plus.
