Software Engineer
Senior Workday Integrations Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials integrations using APIs, XML, REST and SOAP, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance for clients.

We are looking for a Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integrations Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Workday Integrations Certification (Required)
Fluent in English (Required)
1+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required)
1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (Required)
B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience
Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.
Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.
Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level
