As a Workday Integrations Consultant in our Kainos Post-Depolymentteam,you’llbe responsible forbuilding and strengthening relationships with oursubstantial,global customer base.You will be anexperiencedintegrationsconsultantproviding post Workday go-live support. This involvesdealing withtickets, resolving issues,and working onnew integration solutionsunder a lead consultant.You willwork in a large team of experienced integration consultants.

M INIMUM ( ESSENTIAL ) REQUIREMENTS :
Proficiencywith XML,XPathand XSLT, and knowledgeable in anobject-orientedprogramming language (preferably J2EE)
Excellent customer focus, abilityto assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to gobeyondto satisfy a customer
Good integrationtechnical knowledge with the ability tobuild high qualityWorkday integration solutionsincludingdevelopment, testing,and post go-live support
Ability to resolvecustomerissues,recommending and justifying suitable approaches, working in a teamenvironment,and adhering to our internal processes
Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops,demonstratingandexplainingcomplexfunctionality orsolutionsto customers
Strong attention to detail, ability toprioritise,work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
Abletocontribute toimprovementsintoolsand/orprocessestohelpthepractice
Good understanding of cloud computing, webservicesand associated integration challenges
D ESIRABLE :
Workday Integrations Certified, with minimum1 yearexperience
Proficiencyinothermiddleware/integrationplatforms
Knowledgeor experienceof how an AMS service operates
